In contrast to traditional manual programming of robots, Wandelbots enables non-programmers to teach robots by demonstration with various input devices. People can simply demonstrate industrial robots how a task is performed.

About Your Role

  • Become one of our experts for robot integration: a valuable sparring partner not only for your direct pears but also for colleagues from many other departments
  • Commission robotic systems
  • Build up robot cells
  • Install and program robot controls, robot systems and PLCs
  • Help us to modify or extend the robot control software
  • Program and implement the interface to our software
  • Test and validate the overall solution
  • Program robot applications (e.g. gluing, pick and place, welding)

  • You are an expert in European automation technologies
  • Dealing with robot systems (e.g. KUKA, FANUC, ABB, YASKAWA) and its corresponding programming languages is a piece of cake for you
  • You have a solid understanding of external robot control mechanisms of such robot controllers
  • You can program a PLC (e.g. Siemens S7)
  • You are experienced in dealing with a variety of bus technologies (e.g. Profinet, EtherCAT)
  • Your English AND German language skills are conversational
  • You are not afraid to ask questions; you adapt easily to new tasks and you get things done
  • You are a team player (open, communicative, passionate), work self-initiated and you are eager to broaden your horizon
  • You love robots ;-)
